Tim had a rather rude introduction to Afghan Hounds really, when he and Nikki began seeing each other in mid 2005 he soon realised it was a package deal, not just her, but her hounds too!!! Although never having been in a postition to own a dog, he has fallen in love with the hounds of Jahera and is supportive of Nikki and the care that is required to look after these demanding creatures.
Tim is a Dynamics Engineeer, basically testing and hopefully improving all kinds of vehicles for a living! He is passionate about cars, owning more than Nikki has hounds!
He has been working towards getting his MG Midget roadworthy so that he and Nikki can take part in Hill Climb events together.
Tim is as natural with the dogs, here he is dancing with Niah in the summer 2005!---->
He has actually entered the show ring already, albiet briefly, it was at the NATC Summer BBQ & Handling Match, where Punky showed him beautifully :-) Who knows, maybe we can entice him into the real ring at some point.

Tim has been Nikki's rock throughout her diagnosis with cancer in 2007, subsequent treatments and continued to be there for her when it returned in 2008.
His support, love and care has enabled Nikki to continue to do the things that make her happy in her life, and his strength has helped her overcome many things, she loves him very much and is immensely grateful for the love he has shown her, and his strength in standing by her throughout the adversity they are facing. With Tim by her side, she knows she can face anything with pride and her spirit intact.
